Horsebridge/COLT
COLT approached Horsebridge in order to find a cost effective solution to globally manage their network synchronisation equipment under a single management platform. The remit was to bring legacy, unmanaged and managed equipment under one Element Manager. As COLT's networks are growing throughout Europe our proposal had to be capable of supporting future network synchronisation equipment deployments.
