LHS and LogicaCMG announce strategic partnership to deliver full prepaid and post-paid convergent billing solution
LHS and LogicaCMG have agreed to formalise their collaboration on prepaid and post-paid convergent billing and announce their intent to form a systems integration partnership. LHS and LogicaCMG have a long-shared history delivering billing systems to mobile operators worldwide.
For operators, investment in convergent billing systems offers proven business benefits in attracting new prepaid and post-paid customers, raising overall revenues and average revenue per user (ARPU), and increasing loyalty.
Irwin Fairclough, senior vice president, at LogicaCMG global telecoms, said: Converged prepaid and post-paid solutions combine the features and benefits of existing separate solutions to directly improve revenues, market competitiveness and customer loyalty for network operators.
