New Telephone Company chooses CBOSSrtb
CBOSS and New Telephone Company (NTC, Vladivostok, Russia) have signed a contract for the delivery, implementation and technical support of the integrated software/hardware solution for real-time convergent billing, CBOSSrtb. This is said to be yet another contract for CBOSS solution delivery to a Russian mobile operator won in competition.
CBOSSrtb is a highly reliable, scalable and powerful solution that provides real-time rating, monitoring and management of telecommunications traffic. Its infinitely flexible rating mechanism allows you to make reasonable offers to different market segments, use cross discounts and customer loyalty schemes.
The solution is intended for mobile and fixed-line operators as well as for mobile virtual network operators (MVNO). It provides support to several service providers and MVNOs on a single platform. CBOSSrtb operates in all current (GSM, CDMA, PSTN, IP) and next generation networks (3G and NGN). The fastest response time (less than 100 ms) and the highest availability of the solution is an effective guarantee of telco business risk minimization.
CBOSS has been delivering and implementing integrated IT solutions to NTC starting from 1999. They include the billing solution for postpaid subscribers CBOSSbcc, the SMS center, decision support system, VAS products, telecommunication management network system and many others. This fully complies with the main business concept of CBOSS – provide our customers with state-of-the-art integrated IT solutions.
The commercial operation of CBOSS solutions gave NTC an opportunity to provide competitive innovative solutions and telecom services to target market segments, which finally allowed the Company to become the leader in the telecoms market of Primorye (Maritime Province).
The highest functionality and flexibility of the CBOSS solutions purchased before along with the real-time billing solution will allow NTC to create a convergent IT system for providing diversified mobile and fixed services and maintain its competitive advantage in customer care.
It is the second contract for the delivery of the real-time billing system CBOSSrtb to a Russian telco in the history of the Russian mobile market. The first operator that fully implemented the CBOSS convergent solutions, including the real-time billing system, was CJSC 'NCC’.
The strategic development of the network infrastructure and the use of CBOSS technologies that help provide more efficient services and make more effective management decisions allowed the companies to maintain and strengthen their leading position in the regions in competition with the federal mobile operators.
