COLT purchases cVidya Networks' MoneyMap for revenue assurance and data integrity
cVidya Networks, a global leader of Telecom Data Integrity and Revenue Assurance Systems, has announced today that COLT, a leading European provider of business communications, has purchased cVidya Networks' MoneyMap as its Revenue Assurance solution for leased lines and data services.
COLT will implement the MoneyMap solution and software along with cVidya Networks' professional services. The project will be centrally managed across COLT’s operation that spans 13 European countries.
COLT will use the revenue assurance solution to ensure that the actual revenue stream for these services matches the expected revenue stream. One of the main drivers for selecting MoneyMap was to enhance the company’s existing manual based revenue assurance processes.
cVidya Network’s MoneyMap revenue assurance and data integrity solution will help COLT maintain its cost leadership by achieving lowest possible unit costs and operational efficiencies. cVidya conducted a proof of concept (PoC) process, during which they demonstrated their capabilities in assuring revenue across 13 countries with diverse systems.
Moreover, in matching between systems, cVidya will also raise the data integrity level. This implementation will enable common and best practices employed across COLT's pan-European organization, ultimately improving their customer satisfaction with respect to billing and associated processes. Additionally, MoneyMap will validate modifications to COLT customer configurations as well as validate data migration to existing and new systems.
