Azure Solutions Acquires Anite Calculus
Acquisition further strengthens Azure’s revenue assurance product portfolioand expertise
Azure Solutions, the revenue assurance company, has today announced theacquisition of Anite Calculus Limited, the UK-based telecommunicationssoftware company that specialises in interconnect, wholesale and partnerevent billing, rating and settlement applications. Upon completion of theacquisition, the companies will trade under the Azure Solutions name andwill continue to provide tier-one communications service providers withaccess to the world’s best and broadest revenue assurance portfolio.
Azure Solutions extends its unrivalled domain expertise in telecoms andrevenue assurance by combining Azure and Anite Calculus’ product offeringsand teams. Azure’s award-winning portfolio contains the broadest range ofrevenue assurance products and services including Interconnect Accounting,Security and Fraud Management, Route Optimisation and the Connexn revenueassurance solution. Anite Calculus provides Azure with international partnersettlement solutions, real time rating and billing and an interconnectproduct suitable for Tier 1 subsidiaries.
Under the terms of the acquisition all existing customer and partneragreements will be fully supported.
