Moldavian and Georgian operators will implement new Prepay IN Billing Platform and Loyalty Solution delivered by ORGA Systems.
Following new market opportunities and an increased subscriber base, Moldavias GSM operator, Moldcell and the Georgian operator Geocell, have signed contracts to install the OPSC Billing System with pre-integrated SCP (Service Control Point) for prepaid IN services. The new IN System provided by ORGA Systems is part of a solution package which also includes ORGA Systems Bonus and Voucher Management products to stimulate service usage and to increase loyalty.
"In addition to that we will also supply advanced customer self-care modules based on IVR and USSD technologies" said Andreas Freund, Head of Marketing (ORGA Systems).
Both operators belong to the Fintur Group and are the fastest growing GSM operators in their respective countries. With the installations at Geocell and Moldcell ORGA Systems will become the main IN billing vendor within in the Fintur Group, following the first IN installation at GSM Kazakhstan (Kcell) in 2001.
With ORGA Systems mobile browsing platform, wIQ, Moldcell and Geocell can offerconvenient access and delivery of value added services. The OPSC Billing Platform will also allow both operators to rate and charge advanced prepaid data, IP/GRPS services in real-time.
