Orga Systems addresses billing challenge for mobile telecoms sector

The integration of Group 1 Software’s Customer Communication Management solution (CCM) has provided Orga Systems with a solution for handling bills efficiently, as well as for billing, rating and charging. Right from the start, Group 1 Software’s CCM solution will be integrated into the planning and installation of new pre-billing systems, providing intelligent data management, customer-specific communication, high-performance generation and distribution, integrated archiving and the e-presentation of documents. As a result, both organisations will be able to realise another important component in the pre-billing chain.

Orga Systems is a global leading expert, delivering an integrated suite of real-time billing products for flexible rating and charging, convergent payment methods, revenue control and the facilitation of an enhanced customer experience. Thanks to the integration of the powerful CCM-modules, Orga Systems can now make full use of the potential for versatile information in its billing products.
 
From that, solutions arise for mobile telephone enterprises, for example, which help to improve the personalisation of documents and customer communication. Mobile telephone enterprises now have the opportunity to provide households where each member has a cellular phone with one consolidated invoice instead of several invoices for each individual. Business customers also benefit from such combined invoices; invoices can be split up according to cost centres, giving a clear overview of which cost centre belongs to which employee. In this way, invoices can be processed much faster, simply because there is no time-consuming assignment of cost-centres.
