Belarus’ GSM/GPRS Operator Utilizing FTS’ Leap Billing & CRM Solution
Formula Telecom Solutions, a developer and global provider of Billing and CRM solutions for the telecom industry and a member of the Formula Group, has announced it has successfully implemented its Leap Billing and CRM solution for Velcom – JV Mobile Digital Communications (MDC) Ltd., a leading GSM/GPRS operator in Belarus. This deployment enables Velcom to effectively serve its subscriber base of over 1.1 million.
FTS’ Leap Billing and CRM Solution provides Velcom with unlimited expansion and scalability capacity. FTS’ solution seamlessly interfaces with Velcom’s IT environment, provisions new services quickly and easily and allows customer service representatives (CSRs) in more than 450 centers to register new subscribers and provide interim, up-to-date billing information.
FTS’ Leap solution is a truly convergent, high performance billing and rating solution. It allows Velcom to rapidly configure and implement new services, rating and discount schemes, and its flexible framework enables unlimited growth.
Leap CRM is a full, user customizable, customer management, order management, sales and marketing solution.
