Next Generation Telecom (NGT) Budapest 2005 is a unique and original platform for the promotion of sustainable and innovative broadband technologies

NGT Budapest will bring together the leading stakeholders involved in modernising Central and Eastern Europe's broadband network market and promises to cater for even the most demanding telecommunications executives.

Through high-level keynote speeches, seminars and an exhibition forum, key industry players can participate in cutting-edge technology presentations, gain valuable insight into the latest network products and services to emerge in CEE, and engage in strategic face-to-face meetings.

NGT Budapest will be held on the 21st and 22nd of February 2005 at the Corinthia Grand Hotel Royal in Budapest.

This event enjoys the support of the Hungarian Ministry of Informatics and Communications, the European Competitive Telecommunications Association, the DSL Forum and the Global Billing Association, amongst others (see below for complete partner list).

• Conference ProgrammeThe underlying theme of NGT Budapest is "The Future of the Network". The forum's agenda is based on an in-depth exploration of fibre optic and cable infrastructure, DSL rollout, metro Ethernet technology, Wi-Fi and Wi-MAX, satellite network services, OSS and billing solutions, and the market conditions for broadband service adoption.

Individual seminars will be conducted by the world's most innovative network technology companies, such as: Intel, Iskratel, Alcatel, Nortel Networks, Huawei, SR Telecom, DELL, Ericsson, NetCracker, and many others.

Industry leader roundtable sessions will include the audience's specific interests and contributions, with panel members drawn from operators and service providers (such as Matav, Telekom Austria, TT Comm, and Hungaro Digitel), government bodies, non-profit organisations and technology suppliers.
