COLT offers wholesale line rental voice for businesses
COLT has announced the launch of its Voice Connect line rental service. Designed for indirectly connected business customers, the service offers a single monthly bill for line rental and calls.
COLT Voice Connect gives customers the chance to rationalise their telecom expenditure into a single service, while maintaining existing telephone numbers, and without forfeiting quality or resilience.
COLT uses the Wholesale Line Rental (WLR) service, adding its own technology and award-winning customer service to give customers the opportunity to:
- Integrate all outbound voice services, direct and indirect, through one European supplier
- Achieve significant cost savings on outbound voice expenditure by leveraging the most competitive European call rates
- Use services on a range of lines - analogue, ISDN2 and ISDN 30
Customers of COLT Voice Connect can opt for full service, lines and calls, or calls-only options.
This service can be bought directly from COLT or via one of COLT value-added sales partners.
Andy Irvine, Director of Voice at COLT said, "COLT eradicates the billing burden by dispensing with the need for multiple bills, delivering one clear, monthly invoice. Lines can now be migrated from the existing provider or new lines can be provided, with minimum disruption. In combination with COLT's better value for both line rentals and call charges, this makes a compelling proposition for existing and prospective customers."
COLT Voice Connect provides calls to local, national and international geographic and non-geographic numbers; national and international mobile numbers and international ISDN.
Optional services include local and international directory enquiries, operator assistance and selective barring of destination calls.
For inbound services, COLT offers phone number allocation and local ported geographic numbers.
