Portugal Telecom Group Selects edocs for e-Billing

edocs, a provider of customer self-service and e-billing software solutions, has today announced that Portugal Telecom Group, a leading telecommunications and multi-media service provider has selected edocs' Telco e-Billing Manager solution to enable online invoice access capabilities for its customers in Portugal.    Portugal Telecom is the leading telecommunications and multimediaservices provider in Portugal. It also has a strong presence in othercountries, namely the Brazilian mobile market. The company offers afull range of wireline, mobile, multimedia and data and networkingsolutions to both business and consumer customers. The company willuse edocs' Telco e-Billing Manager to support its customers, namely inits wireline business.    "Portugal Telecom continues to invest in the latest technologiesto ensure the best possible experience for its customers," saidIriarte Esteves, Board member at Portugal Telecom Group.
