LHS secures more customer wins with BSCS iX
LHS, the leading provider of telecommunications and billing software, has announced that over 10 customers worldwide have selected its leading billing and customer care system BSCS iX during the last six months.
BSCS iX is an end-to-end real-time billing and customer care system supporting full convergence across technology, services and payment methods. BSCS iX allows a communication service provider to bill both pre- and post-paid customers across fixed, mobile, and Internet platforms for voice, data, content, and Internet services. The leading edge iX architecture enables operators to benefit from easy integration of the system and stepwise migrations.
Advanced branding for multi-company support allows communication service providers to manage billing and customer care for two or more independent service providers and operators within a single instance of BSCS iX. Operators with a global or affiliated structure thus benefit from significantly reduced operational costs.

BSCS iX contains iX Rating, iX Billing and a Web-based customer and contract management module.
