European Communications has launched its fourth annual customer experience survey as it looks to benchmark this key area of telco strategy.

Alongside views on industry challenges for 2015 and key KPIs, we are looking to find out how telcos are attempting to serve Generation Y/millennial customers.

Click below to take the survey, or read for further information and for your chance to win an iPad mini.

Furthermore, we want to find out whether investment is set to increase and which industries outside of telecoms that executives look to as the benchmark for customer experience.

Last year, over a third of operators said what they offer in terms of customer experience was not sufficiently different from rivals while just 14 percent of C-suite executives were leading customer experience efforts.

Take the survey hereĀ and share your views on what will happen in 2015.

The results of the survey will appear in the Q1 issue of European Communications, distributed at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

In addition, the issue will feature a look at how to keep customer experience costs down, and the rise of video chat and internet-connected devices in customer service.
