The next issue of European Communications will feature a special report on customer experience and we'd llike you to be a part of it by completing our annual Customer Experience survey.

In 2013, 35% of European operators scored themselves a nine out of ten for the customer experience they currently provide however, 63% of operators said they also need to increase investment in customer experience over the next year.

This short survey will look at the below issues and more:

  • The role customer experience currently plays within your organisation
  • What does the future hold for customer experience and how do you think it will evolve in 2014?
  • The challenges that will be faced along the way

Analysis of the survey results will be accompanied by comment and opinion from leading analysts and will appear in the Q1 2014 issue of European Communications.
